IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING OUR SERVICES (AND BOOKING CONDITIONS) – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

BOOKING INFORMATION & BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

  • Upon receipt of your online booking form, we will process your booking details and forward a booking confirmation to you (by email). Your booking confirmation will provide you with all information regarding your requested services (including: The date for the services to be performed at the property; An approximate commencement time; and The names of the contractors who will be attending the property). Whilst every effort will be made to meet your specified cleaning day / time, we cannot guarantee that your requested time will be available with all contractors. Contractors will contact you directly to confirm the day and time of service. 

  • The contact phone number (and email) you have provided will be used to notify you of any changes, alterations or additional charges required. Please ensure the phone number provided is correct, and you are reachable on this number on the day of your appointment. If you do not provide a contactable phone number, and contractors cannot confirm (or clarify) site information with you, full job costs may be incurred. 

  • In the event that you wish to cancel or change an appointment time, 24 hours notice is required. We require this notice to be given by phone only. If the specified notice is not received, full payment will be incurred by the client.

CARPET CLEANING:

  • Total Job Cost supplied, is based on the information that you have provided. Should the information provided not be accurate, additional charges may apply.

  • A minimum fee of $55.00 applies to all work.

  • Prices calculated for rooms are based on an 'average' room size area only. In the event that you have rooms / areas with a larger carpeted floor area, additional charges may apply. Please confirm prices with contractor/s prior to the commencement of work on site.

  • Significantly stained and / or dirty carpet may require additional treatments. Costs may apply should these treatments be required (please confirm all job costs with the contractor prior to the commencement of work on site) 

  • Due to the complex chemical nature of stains and the effects of previous stain removal procedures, some stains may be permanent.
